All concerns raised will be investigated thoroughly and action taken in line with our policies. We are committed to maintaining confidentiality in all cases except when we are legally obliged to disclose a concern, or when someone is at risk.

Those involved in safeguarding receive regular training to ensure that we can keep up-to-date with current best practice. Volunteers working with those who are vulnerable go through DBS clearance and we endeavour to run training for all our volunteers.
HELPFUL EXTERNAL SUPPORT
There may be occasions when you would rather speak to someone independent. If this is the case, we would strongly recommend you contact Thirtyone:Eight who are an independent Christian safeguarding charity, offering support and advice.
